We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of machinery in a dynamic production environment. If you enjoy solving technical challenges and improving processes, this role is perfect for you.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing machines to keep production running efficiently and safely.
Working Hours*:
- Shift 1: 06:00 – 14:00
- Shift 2: 14:00 – 22:00
*Flexible working hours apply — in case of machine breakdowns, you may be required to work outside standard shifts to carry out repairs and ensure production resumes quickly.
What You’ll Do as a Maintenance Technician:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on machines, including electrical and pneumatic systems, chains, and motors
- Detect and resolve faults in electrical circuits
- Carry out preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Replace mechanical parts such as chains and motors
- Contribute ideas for improvements and optimization of machinery
- Ensure a safe and organized workplace
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, or similar technical role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance (chains, motors, bearings, and moving parts)
- Experience with electrical troubleshooting and fault-finding in electrical circuits
- Knowledge of pneumatic systems and experience repairing or replacing components
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance and respond quickly to breakdowns
- Experience in a production or industrial environment
- Technical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for machine performance and safety
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system and remain flexible in case of urgent breakdowns
- Good communication skills in English
- Driving license is a plus
